There is a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person payable to Skycroft. The registration is on a first paid, first registered basis. After February 1st, you will  be charged $50.00 for each person cancelled. If your numbers drop less than 30 days before camp, you will be charged in full for cancellations. 

A ratio of 1 adult per 5 students is suggested. All rosters, notarized medical forms and payments are due 60 days prior to the start of camp. All forms will be mailed upon receipt of deposit. 

For all "FUGE/Plus weeks, April 1st is the deadline for sending the mission choice forms to register students for missions. These forms will be mailed out at the beginning of March.
