The non-refundable deposit is $50 per person payable to Skycroft. Registration is on a first paid, first registered basis. Group cancellations will not result in a refund of your deposit.
February 15 :: Deadline to lower group numbers
The deadline to lower your numbers without penalty is February 15, 2017. After February 15, you forfeit the $50 deposit for each person cancelled.
May 1 :: Cancellation Fee
After May 1, 2017, any cancellations will result in the loss of the $50 deposit as well as an additional $50 fee.
21 Days Prior to Camp :: Final Roster, Final Count, Final Balance
Complete rosters are due in our office no less than 21 days prior to your arrival at camp. If we do not receive your roster by the due date you will incur a one time $75 fee.
Your final count is also due 3 weeks prior. If you decrease your numbers 20 days or less before camp, you will be charged in full for each person cancelled.
Final balances are preferred 3 weeks prior to your arrival, either through check or credit card. However, we will accept final payment upon check-in.
A 5:1 ratio of youth to adult is required.
Please note: Registration is open for groups registering for CentriKid Camps. Campers should not be registered individually, but must register under a group/church.
